4-week Nutrition Plan Review:Honestly I was intimidated. Going into the 4-week plan seemed slightly scary and overwhelming to me. What if I do it wrong, what if the meals taste horrible? Was I going to starve? (Haha! I know it seemed like an extreme thought but i was truly concerned!) I love food, but there is a difference between knowing what tastes good and what is optimal fuel for my body. Balancing nutrition is tricky, luckily having Amber in my corner made the process super easy. The meal plan is basically dummy proof. The weekly shopping list and menu lays out everything you need to know. My favorite meal was the Bacon Macn Cheese, it is DELISH! I was never hungry, which made it easy to stick with the program and see it through. Turns out breaking down daily calories, carbs, fat and protein doesnt have to be scary. Thanks to the plan, trying new recipes and taking control of what I eat has never been more fun. I am so grateful for Amber and all her knowledge, she has helped me so much in my fitness and nutrition journey. She is THE BEST!

I was completely new to inversions when I found Amber. I had no upper body strength or flexibility, just a dream to be able to do handstands! I had not even attempted to be inverted in any form because of fear of falling and breaking something! The progress that I have made in less than 90 days is mind boggling! She is professional yet kind and friendly and really cares about her clients. If you have been wanting to do handstands, headstands or any calisthenics skills, Amber is your woman! She will find out what is holding you back whether it's lack of flexibility or strength and work you hard to overcome them and help you achieve your goal! I'm really glad I found her! With her as a coach sky is the limit!
