They responded quickly and were able to get the work done within a couple of days. They did the quote over the phone and then answered about 100 questions that I had without losing patience. When they got here to do the work they were willing to troubleshoot with me. The easiest places for them to place the vent would have been an external vent with the fan either against the wall of the master bedroom or near the window. I am very sensitive to sound and they were willing to find a way to do an internal vent through the garage roof. The cost was outlined clearly and it was nice to know that it was a set cost no matter the challenges they ran into. (Internal is slightly more expensive than external, but that was outlined from the beginning).
The work looks well done and within a day the humidity had decreased significantly in the basement, so it is moving air. I am very pleased!

Utah Radon Services reached out same day, put together a quote over the phone, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and showed up promptly when they said they would. Their guaranteed radon level and warrantees were the best of all the quotes I received and the fan noise is hardly noticeable. The project manager made sure everything was in order and the installation team was courteous and professional. From first contact to job completed was just two days! Utah Radon Services called me within 1-2 hours after my request had been placed on Thumbtack, they were able to give me a price over the phone based on some information about my home, and they got me scheduled for the very next day to have the work done. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The home gets tested for radon (we will provide a free test if they request it), and if the home tests high we provide a fast, free and informative bid for fixing the problem. We can then schedule on of our experienced and professional teams to go to the home and install the solution.
