- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be transparent and fair. We have a base service price of $47, and we quote based on the number of windows, not panes. A window with two panes counts as one single window. A window with three panes is counted as 1.5 windows. Please note that the prices shown on our profile are estimated base prices. For example, a range of 16–20 windows is estimated at $105 for 16 windows and $131 for 20 windows. Final quotes are confirmed upon arrival or after a detailed discussion of your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a clear communication phase to understand the scope of the project. Once we establish the estimated window count and type, we provide a transparent quote. On the day of service, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure accuracy before beginning work, ensuring high-quality results and no pricing surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is our best teacher. We spent years training and working within the window cleaning industry before launching our own business three years ago. In addition to our professional background, we are highly educated individuals currently working toward our second bachelor's degrees. This unique blend of hands-on expertise and academic rigor ensures that we deliver exceptional, reliable work every time
