- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job and the needs of the customer, but price is always agreed upon before the job begins, and I stick to that - unless the customer requests additional services and rate is again agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with or meet them and discuss their needs, so I can provide the best service possible, and arrive at job prepared to get the job done correctly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College, travel school, travel agent, office manager, raised a large family running the household, cleaned homes for a property management group, marketing coordinator, an assistant manager and wardrobe consultant at a high end clothing store, home repairs, and restorative massage/bodywork.
