- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are as follows: 2 men crew with a truck, $90 per hour 3 men with a truck, $120 per hour 4 men with a truck, $150 per hour 2 men on sight, $70 per hour 3 men on sight, $100 per hour For moves with a truck. We charge a one way drive time. (The distance we must travel from our shop to your home.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our 6 employees have been in the moving industry for a minimum of 3 years. It is very difficult to be hired with us. Simply because the hiring process is very strict. Our business model has always been quality over quantity and we cannot afford to hire anyone who isn't going to deliver.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After seeing the ugly side of the moving industry. (Inexperienced movers, poor management, poorly compensated employees, theft, harassment) We set off on our own with the dream of forming a moving company free from the flaws of the industry.
