I bought a home and wanted to get the carpets cleaned. Problem was the previous owner was going to be out by the afternoon and I wanted to move in that evening. Doug was able to get in and get the carpets cleaned in between the moves. As an added bonus his quote was competitive with the other cleaners who could not accommodate the strict time frame. I plan on using Payneless Floor Care after I'm done with my wintertime move. I also want to see what he can do with my furniture. Side note: had a friend over to show off my place. He thought they were new carpets.

Dale Payne was amazing. I can't believe how much better the carpets look. We bought a house and there were lots of deep stains on the stairs and leakage from an old fish tank, plus the whole carpet just looked old and worn. It all looks beautiful now. We'll be calling again for sure.
