Kurey and Gracie came out and gave an estimate and got right to the work and were fast and professional friendly hard working people they went above and beyond over what I needed done they gave us quality work and great parts at a very good price. If I ever need cooling or heating work done again I would definitely call them again they also did some extra plumbing for us and they have done quality work I am very happy with them and will refer them to friends and family even as they were working they made sure we were comfortable and cool while they were installing our air conditioner. I highly recommend them for any heating cooling and plumbing jobs. They rock!and they are Awsome give them a try you won’t regret it.

I had Xtreme come out and tune up my furnace and AC. They responded to my request within 10 minutes and were able to come out the next business day. They showed up on time and did a great job looking over my system and cleaning it. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I cannot speak highly enough of them. They immediately found the issue (our coil was frozen) but not only did they start fixing that. They went through and found WHY it froze and fixed it. They also went through and checked every piece in the process to make sure that it wouldn’t happen again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates. All of our pricing is based on the project and materials needed to complete it. An estimate will be emailed to you within a timely manner. Once the estimate is scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellations will result in a $30 cancellation fee. Once the project is scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 48 in advance. Last minute cancellations will result in a $60 cancellation fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of college in hvac and refrigeration. Our technicians receive continuing education on a regular basis, this industry changes so fast and we like to keep up to speed with its growing trends and technologies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different types of customers, we always enjoy the different projects and the challenges that come with each project. And the people are always so insightful of what they want,expect, and need. It’s always a pleasure to work through this process and always has a positive outcome. It’s what we do!!
