Dallin was on time, and also let us know when he was on his way. Was very fast and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. And what we thought was a completely shot a/c ended up being a pipe that wasnt draining properly. Would highly recommend.

Dallin and Ethan from True Pros were awesome!!! They were on time, thorough and even went the extra mile to pull a few of my weeds around my AC unit and kill some wasps!! Highly recommend!!

We had our AC stop working middle of summer and thankfully True Pros was able to make it out the next morning to get It resolved. Dallin was extremely professional and got our AC back up running quickly. Amazing service and will be using them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
True Pros is a locally owned company that has very competitive pricing and is highly knowledgeable about rebates and federal tax credits so that we can give our customers the best price that we can!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our comfort specialist and our service technicians are happy to come to the customers home and take the time to find out exactly what the customer is looking for. They will spend time answering any questions and providing all the information that the customer will need. We offer service, maintenance as well as installing new equipment. We also offer financing options and go over payment processes with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
True Pros have technicians that are licensed with their RMGA and EPA certifications. We also have our B100 : E100 , General contractors and S350 licenses. Our owner has also won several wards including the Lennox international Comfort Advisor award, and the Dominion Energy Amazing Race contest.
