- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on how far away you are and what is in the season (Plus the food that is in season almost always tastes better).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with each of my customers before I agree to work for them to make sure we are on the same page and to draw up a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Arts degree from Lively Tech in Tallahassee, FL as well as I have Food Handlers license Both in the state of Utah as well as In Florida.
