My pricing reflects quality workmanship, clear communication, and reliable follow-through from start to finish. Estimates are transparent and itemized so clients know exactly what they’re paying for. Pricing may vary based on material selections, project complexity, or unforeseen conditions discovered during construction. I believe in fair, honest pricing not shortcuts, and I stand behind my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the client’s vision, goals, and budget. After evaluating the project, I provide a clear proposal outlining scope, pricing, and expectations. Once approved, we schedule the work, maintain consistent communication throughout the project, and ensure quality control at every phase. My goal is a smooth, stress-free experience with professional results delivered on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed general contractor with over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, flooring, and structural work. My crew members also bring 20+ years of experience in their trades. Our knowledge comes from real-world field experience, ongoing education in building codes and best practices, and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and professional standards.
