The attention to detail and the quality of work was incredible. Ben and his team showed up every day for the job and never once was he late. He was respectful to our home and willing to make whatever adjustments the wife asked him to make. We are totally satisfied with the work and his company. He did shiplap,painting,electrical and ceiling fan and light fixture install. Seriously we will be calling him back to have more work done. He was awesome to work with and very fair with the pricing. I assure you his number is in my wife’s phone and she will be calling him back to do other projects. If you need a handyman truly he is the go to guy. Very respectful and honest. I was finishing my basement and was told by Mike, from American Residential, that it would be done in a month. I thought he was exaggerating based on passed construction experience. He was done right at a month. The staff that worked on my basement were not intrusive at all. They were very professional, kind, and worked very hard. This was the most disappointing experience of my life. We’ve done a lot of renovations over the years and worked with all kinds of contractors. I’ve never regretted a choice until now. The team is very kind- no question- but I don’t know if they were simply unprepared or uninterested in our project. We were told $7500 to reconfigure the basement bathroom to add a shower. They never drew a plan; they just started tearing things up. During demolition, they were coming up with ideas of where to put things (like a toilet right under the basement window where people could see). I had to stop them when I realized they were putting the washer/dryer in a spot that left 18” of space between the units and the vanity. They put ceiling lights in random spots (leaving sections completely dark). We paid $1500 more than originally planned due to an issue with the type of shower to install. And because they didn’t confirm a glass enclosure was available to purchase, we now have to get one custom made. The cheapest estimate I’ve gotten for that is $1800- on top of the $9000 I paid to Roco. We are finding all sorts of issues with their work and I’m angry when I go into my basement. It’s a constant reminder of the thousands we just wasted and the thousands we still have to spend to complete the initial project. I don’t know why our experience is so much worse than other reviewers here, but I advise strongly to get a clear outline (with measurements) before hiring this company.

3 Brothers just finished my basement and I am very happy to give them my recomendation. I got several quotes for my 2 Br, 1 ba, and a family room basement project. From the first meeting I was impressed with Blake because he was detailed, and made me feel confident he could make everything work within my budget. I can be pretty picky, but these guys and the contractors they chose were very good at listening and making sure I got what I wanted. In fact, in many ways they went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right and accommodate my requests as the project progressed. Ok, be aware that Blake and Tyrell can be busy with other projects, so you might have to be patient to get a return phone call or text sometimes. And there was some confusion initially on my deadline, but they worked it out. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished product. There were no major surprises and I always felt like I could trust these guys.

This contractor did a good job on grabbing and drywalling a basement bedroom and bathroom. There was some lack of communication between the xontractor, plumber, and me for the layout of the bathroom. There is a pretty tight fit where the vanity has to go. I also had to schedule and work with the subs for the plumbing and electrical, instead of this contractor doing that. I had to use an electrician that I've used in the past. There was waste that I was told they would take but left for me to try to figure out how to get rid of. They are very nice and the work they did was pretty good
