- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, What process do you use? Major carpet manufacturers recommend Hot Water Extraction (or Steam Cleaning). It has been proven that this process removes far more soil than any other process. Secondly, Do you charge for extras like cleaning spots or stains? Do you have any other "extra" charges? Some carpet cleaners also charge extra to "pre-treat" your carpet. You should never pay extra for this as pre-treating the carpet is just part of the process! Surface Masters always pre-treats your carpet with a special emulsifier that attracts soil to it, then is easily rinsed away with our truck mounted Hot Water Extraction system.
