- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The session/retainer fees listed below will cover your photography session, the photographer's time & 15-25 edited images in an online proofing gallery for ordering purposes. You may expect your edited proofs in your own password protected gallery within 3 weeks of your photo session. This session fee is non-refundable and is required within one week of booking your session in order to reserve your photo session date. All prints and products will be purchased separately. Locations over 20 minutes from 84075 may incur an additional travel fee. Please note: In order to maintain consistent pricing between all families, my prices are non-negotiable. I appreciate your understanding! Newborn Sessions / $190 Sessions last 1.5-4 hours. Each newborn is different and the amount of time it takes to photograph each one will vary tremendously. This flexible time frame allows for feeding and taking breaks as needed. We take great care in these sessions and do not rush the infant. Newborn sessions are held at your home to keep them in a familiar and safe environment. This allows us to capture your new little one in the most delicate and sentimental way. Images including parents and siblings with the newborn are included in these sessions. Please contact me before giving birth so we may set a tentative time for your new ones photo debut. Ideally, newborns will be photographed within the first 14 days of life. This ensures those sleepy little poses we all find so endearing. I have a maximum number of newborn sessions I can schedule each month due to the nature of the shoot and also to make sure I'm not away from my own baby for too long, so the sooner you are able to reserve your photo session date the more likely it will be available for you. We understand what a tender time a new addition to your family is and will take every care and precaution to make sure your time with us is a safe and enjoyable one. Child, Family, Senior & Maternity Sessions / $160 Sessions last 1-2 hours. Up to five family members are included in this session; each additional family member will be $25. These sessions are either held at a perfect outdoor location of mutual agreement or at your own home. We enjoy selecting meaningful locations and including sentimental items if available. These sessions are relaxed and fun and are meant to create actual new beautiful memories throughout your shoot. We aim to capture genuine emotion and happiness in our images and want you to feel as if you are spending a lovely day with your loved ones. Please contact us to schedule your photo shoot. We schedule a limited number of sessions each month in order to provide the highest quality service to each of our families. Once your session is booked we will send you the Pickle Noodle Experience in a pdf file. This guide includes important information such as, what to expect during your photo shoot, how to prepare for your session, what to wear, what to bring along with you & a FAQ section to help answer any frequently asked questions that may arise. Our Pickle Packs are a great way to save money if you are interested in having your child/family photographed multiple times by us throughout the year. The Family Pickle: Includes three photo sessions for $390 (a $480 value! You save $90!) Family Pickle sessions may include- Family Portraits, Holiday Portraits, Missionary Portraits, Child's Birthday, Senior Portraits or Maternity Session. Terms: Packs must be purchased prior to first shoot and qualifiable sessions must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of the Pack purchase. Family Pickle Packs cannot be redeemed for Newborn Sessions or Birth Experience sessions. The Gherkin: Includes four photo sessions for $520 (a $670 value! You save $150!) Gherkin sessions may include- Maternity Session, Newborn Session, Month-to-Month Sessions, One Year Milestone Session, Blessing Photos, Christening Photos, Personal Milestone Session. Terms: Packs must be purchased prior to first shoot and qualifiable sessions must be redeemed within 17 months of the date of the Pack purchase. Gherkin Packs cannot be redeemed for any sessions not listed in the Pack details. Gherkin Packs cannot be redeemed for Birth Experience sessions. Portrait Products Custom portraiture is not fully experienced without beautiful printed artwork of your one-of-a-kind images. These are priceless memories deserving of display. Our professionally printed products are crafted on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type PD and boasts accurate color, realistic saturation & excellent neutral flesh reproduction. It also has a Standard Archival Value of 100 years in home display; 200 years in dark storage. You can guarantee these professional quality prints will last lifetimes. While there is no minimum purchase requirement, families generally spend between $300 to $1000 on their portrait collections. Pickle Noodle Portrait Collections Pickle collections are the most popular way to receive a variety of your artwork at a savvy price. Collections start at only $190 and all collections include a combination of printed products as well as digital files. With any collection purchase, you will also be eligible for special pricing when selecting additional products from the 'a la carte menu. Our 'a la carte menu includes: Gift Prints (sizes up to 8×10) are $40* Large Wall Portraits, including Mounted Prints, Classic Canvas and Modern Standouts start at $110* Custom Lay Flat Albums begin at $250* Single Digital Files are available for purchase, and we also offer a Digital Collection which offers a discount on digital files when purchased together. Additional Details * Please note that an additional 5.75 % sales tax will be charged on all products & services, in accordance with state law. Payment The non-refundable session/retainer fee is required within one week of booking in order to hold your photo session date. Payment for all products selected are due in full at the time of placing your custom order. Travel Fees On-location sessions more than 20 minutes from 84075 may result in an additional travel fee. Changes & Cancellations Please note that session fees, services and product options are subject to change at any time, without written notice. Once your session is booked and paid for, you will not be responsible for any additional session fees if rates should happen to increase prior to your session date; any changes in product prices, however, will be applicable. If you must reschedule your session due to extenuating circumstances, please do so with a 24 hour advanced notice via telephone to avoid a cancellation fee. Current rates as of 4/13/2013. Prices and options are subject to change at any time without written notice and new product pricing is applicable to clients who have previously purchased a session bundle.

We frequently photograph newborns, babies, weddings, families, maternity & kids. We also offer services in birth photography called The Birth Experience which allows us to photographically document your entire birth experience as you bring new life into this world. We photograph seniors for graduation photos, yearbook ads, Prom, etc. Basically, if it involves your family and making a lasting memory, we enjoy capturing for you!
