I contacted Cameron Collison through thumbtack to do five projects he said he could manage, since my usual handyman is in Cambodia for a month (also got him thru thumbtack). Day of appt he texted me he woke up with fever and sore throat and couldn't come. I texted him the next week but no response. I am an emergency physician so I agree with not going to work when sick and risk of infecting others. I guess projects on hold until my usual guy gets back.

They did a great and quick job repairing a broken window for me. Only surprise was that they expect tips for window replacement. This is a contracted job. Getting surprised with a tip expectation isn't amazing. I asked him "Tipping for a window?" He said "people like to give us tips."
