They did a great and quick job repairing a broken window for me. Only surprise was that they expect tips for window replacement. This is a contracted job. Getting surprised with a tip expectation isn't amazing. I asked him "Tipping for a window?" He said "people like to give us tips."

Details: 1 window • Broken glass • Casement (pushes open on a hinge) • Residential

Intermountain Windows & Doors LLC's reply
Thank you for your review. We value your feedback. I apologize that the tipping was off-putting. However, we do offer other services, such as window cleaning, where customers have requested to tip us. We will consider how to proceed with our invoicing.

This company did great work and replaced my window in just a few minutes. The biggest problem I had, and I almost changed companies because of it, was that it took over a month between first getting the quote to actual installation. A MONTH. I felt like I was always pestering them with texts, but I felt like it was the only way of knowing what was going on. While they responded to texts, they didn't reach out to me with updates. But it was a good price and I'm happy with the work they did.

Details: 1 window • Sliding (slides sideways) • Residential
