Richard showed up on time, and did a quick inspection of my garage door motor. He determined there was just a setting that needed to be changed in order resolve the issue with the motor. I’m sure others would have noticed this but still charge me to replace the motor. Richard is honest and charged me fair price for coming out and helping me out. He knows garage doors, but won’t charge you an arm and a leg.
