Zane did not treat me very professional. First, he was over an hour late for his appointment which I accepted. Then it’s been over a week and he has still not sent me an estimate of repairs. I checked my email several times and my spam folder. If he did not want to do the job, he should have told me on his visit that he was not the right guy to do the job.
