TJ Contractors was hired to install an irrigation system and replace a back deck that required a tear out and rebuild due to inferior work, failure to meet building and life safety code and use of substandard material. This was required as the previous contractor, Joseph Archuletta, never installed an irrigation system although claiming he did and the deck was entirely inadequate an unsafe. Mr. Sousa was responsive, professional, knowledgeable (given a Bachelors degree in Engineering) and remained in continued contact throughout the process. He completed the install and rebuild in short order and superior quality and workmanship. I readily recommend Mr. Sousa/TJ Contractors and will engage him for future projects.

Tiago and his crew installed a 4 zone sprinkler system and sod. Tiago was responsive to all my text messages and understanding, even though I had to reschedule twice. They did the work faster than planned, and made sure I was happy before they left. Would recommend.

TJ Contractors did an excellent job on my huge 14 zone sprinkler system and drip system. They always showed up when they said they would show up. The crew along with TJ are all very friendly and polite, this made it so nice for communication. If I ever have questions all I have to do is reach out to TJ and he gets right back to me (very responsive). Very professional and friendly, I highly recommend working with this company!!
