What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for booking with me!
I request upfront a $50 non-refundable reservation fee to hold your appointment and prevent last minute cancellations. Does not apply to rescheduling due to poor weather conditions.
I work with natural light, therefore every minute counts! I allow a grace period of 15 min late, otherwise I will charge a $25 late fee or cancel altogether if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Also, please be aware that the remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours after the shoot and 5% charge per day after that. Pictures will not be delivered until full payment is received.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally prefer 2 wks notice, and as much information as possible to ensure the best style and location to meet and exceed your expectations. I always get professionally edited pictures via digital download with full integrity of the photos within 3 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography comes naturally to me! I have taken several courses, including college level courses, but most importantly I’m always keeping myself updated with the latest trends and technology.
