Tryn managed a condo unit of mine for some years, and has always been responsive as issues came up (including a memorably complicated arrangement between the tenant, a plumber, and the downstairs neighbor that took a lot of scheduling). Especially since I moved out of state, it was important that I could rely on him to handle everything, keep my property in good order, and keep the tenants happy to live there.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Valo PM is the best kept secret on market! we start of rates at 7.59% for a single unit and go down from there based on bulk properties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is to first get a management agreement signed, then fill out a property onboarding form sent via email so I can setup utilities, then Valo PM gets to work for onboarding/fixing/leasing/etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tryn Mesarch - Proncipal Broker - has 10 years of experience investing and managing properties. He also has experience in industrial engineering to know how to setup and manage a well run company that will always deliver top-tier service
