We had First Call come out and completely tear off the old shingles and re-roof using quality materials. Shane is fantastic to work with. His crew was there every single day until the job was finished. We were extremely impressed with Shane. He is a man of his word and he was a pleasure to work with. We had several spots that were rotten and they did a great job replacing the sheets and was clear on the extra cost. We were expecting there to be several areas that would have to be replaced and Shane made sure to follow up with his crew to make sure all areas were taken care of before they moved on to putting the new shingles on. I was really impressed that Shane came out when the project was finished to double check that everything that was promised was delivered to his standards and ours. He even painted all of the vent pipes on the roof to match the new shingles. Our new roof is gorgeous and adds so much value and curb appeal to our home!
We also had a large project of demolishing an old deck and Shane offered to bring his dump trailer and drop it off for the weekend so we could use it because he didn’t need it. He came early on Monday morning and took the trailer and emptied it at the dump. He never charged us for any gas or anything and we just paid the dump fee. I just think that is proof that Shane is really a stand up guy and I would recommend anyone needing any roof repairs or replacement to give him a call!
