- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go to the customers house and we go over what they want done for their job and then I do my walk around and figure out the bid I want to present. Then I talk with them and go over the bid and ask if they have any more questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of on the job training on things I have learned from my past jobs and things I have learned from others to improve myself.
