We were in a pinch with clogged double sinks. Water Damage Specialists responded within minutes. Devin was there the very next morning and did a phenomenal job assessing and fixing the problem. Communication all around was professional and positive. We felt at ease the whole time and didn’t feel like we were being “jerked around”. We had a faucet emergency on Father’s Day and this company was very responsive and accommodating for a reasonable price. Someone was able to come quickly and even saved us money by suggesting we return the new faucet we bought and the old one was fixed. Definitely would recommend.

Bryan educated us about the issue, ran his tests and found out that it was more of a air venting issue and it’s common this time of the year. He didn’t charge us anything. He seems to be a genuine guy giving you a genuine diagnosis.

This is the team you want! Water Damage Specialists Inc. are the industry standard. They care to do it right every time.We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ground water flooding into our basement twice. The first time was last year and we let our insurance company hire a mitigation team that truly "cut corners" in the clean up. We found and treated what we could when we replaced the floors/dry walls.This year, we hired ourselves based on wonderful recommendations/references. The Water Damage Specialists Inc. truly went above and beyond for us. They were on location so quickly with top-notch equipment. The professional on-site found and treated even more damage from last year! We've learned that you need the best when it comes to cleaning up after a disaster like flooding and we'll return to these guys every time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come and perform a free inspection and provide a free quote for our services. If the customer accepts the offer we are prepared to start the work as soon as the contract is signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed general contractor and our technicians are trained in the IICRC S500 (Industry standards) standards. We are also an IICRC Certified firm with certified technicians.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with homeowners. We are prepared to handle any size of residential loss. We also do some commercial work as well.
