- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have dedicated my life to the improvement of every person I meet to help change the world one person at a time. With an all intensive 1 hour to 90 minutes sessions one on one personal training it ranges from $60 to $100 per session 1 session per week and the length of time 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12+ months. Then there is meeting 2 to 3 times per week and the duration of the time any where from 4 weeks, to 12+ months. Also I have 30 minutes sessions ranging from $25 to $35 per half hour session. I also do group training ranging on how many people are going to be in the group 1 hour sessions $10 to $35 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process that is involved is different aspects of the components of fitness: Nutrition, Cardiovascular Training (walking, running, cycling, swimming, incline training, ect.), Supplementation, Resistance Training, Mental/Emotional, and Professional Assistance (Motivation, Education, Accountability). What is your Why? Why am I doing this? What brought me to this point in my LIFE? Ready for change (behaviors in social support system, physical surroundings- kitchen, work, family life). What are your goals and Why?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through (National Academy of Sports Medicine) NASM, FreeMotion Fitness in (RapidFit, RIP 360, Cable Training, Spartan Race obstacle race specialist, Spartan Strong certified). I'm very strong on nutrition currently training on my certification with Precision Nutrition which is the science of Sports Nutrition.
