I've been in business since 2021, but have been drawing plans for half a decade.
My passion is found in the family. I love talking with clients and hearing of how they want to build a home and fill it with family, traditions, and memories.
Coming from a family built on strong values and basic principles of honesty and integrity, I strive to put that into my work. I look at each of the clients needs and mould them into their home design to ensure that this home is uniquely theirs.

Stacy was a professional and responded to questions and changes to the plan without hesitation. He wanted to get it right. I would definitely hire him for other jobs. We did a deck construction but it’s obvious he has the skills for a much more complicated project!! Thank you!

Explained I needed site plans for permit approval. He wanted to charge me $150/hr and estimated it’d take him 5 hrs to measure and sketch up site plans. For a grand total of $750. Absolutely ridiculous, go with Greg Fowler at Fairfield Design. Nice guy with a great flat rate of $150. So many of these companies just want to gouge you for your money for such simple tasks. Avoid this one, it’ll save you a lot of money.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are as follows:
Free first consultation meeting
New construction: $2.50 per square foot up to 40 work hours, then it is an additional $150 an hour.
Changes to plans $200 an hour.
Remodel/Addition $200 an hour.
Site plans are $175 flat rate.
30% deposit to get started on any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting/consultation to go over ideas, layout, and design process. After that there is a weekly meeting to go over major changes or adjustments to the plans. Progress check ups are almost a daily thing. Any progress made on the plans gets sent to client for approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of experience in designing homes, remodels and additions.
Graduated in 2020 from UVU with Bachelors in Science Construction Management Degree.
8+ years of construction management experience as office manager, jobsite superintendent, as well as project manager.
I am also bilingual. I speak Spanish and am currently working on learning Portuguese.
