- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Firefly tries to offer the lowest rate so that our facility is family friendly and multiple rider friendly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we generally start out with introducing our rider to there lesson horse help apply there halter and taking them to our crossties where we go on to teach how to properly brush apply saddle, bridle, ie gear to help get the horse and rider prepared for there lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
both instructors/ trainers have had many years of hands on training with the best trainers.
