I want to take the time to widely recommend this cleaning company because they completely exceeded my expectations. From the first contact they were very friendly, they responded quickly and clearly explained to me the service they offered. Communication was excellent at all times.
On the day of the service they arrived on time and with all their equipment ready. They were very respectful of my space and worked with great dedication and attention to detail. Not only did they clean the visible areas, but they also focused on those small details that other companies often overlook. You can tell that they really care about delivering quality work.
My home was impeccable: bright floors, fully disinfected bathrooms, shiny kitchen and a fresh and organized environment. There were even areas that I had already tried to clean before and they managed to leave them as new.
In addition, the team was very professional, organized and efficient. The price was fair for the quality of service received. Without a doubt I will hire them again and I recommend them with total confidence to anyone looking for a responsible, punctual company that really fulfills what it promises.

I recently hired PrimeClean solutions to clean my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. Every room looked spotless and smelled amazing when they were done.
They paid attention to every detail — from baseboards to ceiling fans — and even organized a few things I didn’t expect. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving.

We are a company with internal policies that do not allow advance payments. Mr. Carlos initially agreed to visit the property to provide a quotation but never showed up. On the scheduled workday, he requested payment upfront. I explained that we could not provide advance payment, and he agreed to proceed. However, after approximately 10 minutes on site, he left the property because we did not pay in advance.
Due to this lack of professionalism and reliability, we cannot consider this company trustworthy and do not recommend their services.
