The job consisted of a demolition and remodel of a commercial interior. Originally, I had a different firm contracted to complete the plan set, but was left with drawings that wouldn't allow me to get permits, let alone provide a GC with the information to do their job well. My GC recommended SDG to me to restart the process and it was a breeze. Brian called my interior designer, the county, and me throughout the process to ensure all details met expectations. Will be recommending SDG to any of my peers who need architectural plans drawn. Thanks Brian!!

Following Brians well-conceived plans, we gave our aging, run-of-the-mill 1940s ranch style home an extreme makeover. Thanks to his amazing ingenuity and guidance throughout the construction process, its now a beautiful Spanish Colonial Revival home. We are thrilled! Here are the before and after photos.
