We provide both Design and Measuring services, as well as Structural Engineering as needed. We do all kinds of projects like:
• Remodels
• Additions
• ADU’s
• Finish Basements
• New Construction
• Exterior Refresh/3D Review
• Stock Plans
We start with a 2D floor plan and work on that design till you are satisfied, with a 3D view as necessary to get the design correct. We then provide you with a link to visit a website of the 3D model of your home so that you can walk through the entire project yourself.
We do our design meetings on Zoom and will work with your schedule to provide a walkthrough and render of your project.
Our typical Process includes:
• Measuring existing property if needed
• Review existing ideas and design needs
• First zoom meeting for initial design review
• Additional meetings as needed to refine design
• Create Site Plan for building placement
• Work on 3D Model for exterior and interior
• Finalize Design and start Structural Engineering
• Review electrical layouts and finalize design notes
Project completion includes Site Plan, Elevations, Design Plans, Renderings, Electrical, Cross Sections, Design Notes and Structural Engineering as necessary.
Pricing is typically based on square footage, with a project minimum. Call for pricing and availability.

We really appreciated working with Dave. He was quick to respond, listened to our project needs, and gave us some good design ideas and some good estimates of cost. He was able to give us a cost estimate for his services, but also a rough estimate of what we could expect our construction remodel project could cost. We didn't end up hiring Dave because our project scope changed, but we will certainly keep Dave in mind for future projects that come up for us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a single price based on the SF of your project. This price includes as many revisions to the home as needed. Projects are paid 50% up front, and 50% upon the completion of the design when it is ready for engineering.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we see if the project is a fit, then if needed visit the lot or existing home for measurements or review. After that, most everything is done via zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been designing and building homes for the last 25 years.
