Alex framed in a large open area in my home and created a bathroom area, adjoining closet space, and a hallway leading to a separate room. He also hung 3 doors for the various rooms. Alex is a good communicator and grasped what I wanted right away. He issued a clear and detailed invoice and later was able to add a small task which I had originally forgot to tell him about. I've had remodeling work done on all 6 of the houses I've owned over the years and Alex does pro work. He was able to start my project quickly, showed up when he said he would, was respectful of my house and cleaned up well upon completion of the job. I highly recommend Alex!

I had a great experience with Alex. We hired him to frame out a small closet in a spare room, and also to frame in a door. It was hard to find a contractor to take on this small project. I asked for quotes from three or four people and was immediately impressed with Alex’s professionalism. Even when there were delays in sourcing the doors or the trims, Alex stayed in touch throughout. He showed up on time and kept the workplace clean. Overall I felt the project was good value for the money and I would hire Alex again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A one time on site estimate of $25 will be charged, if hired it will be waived.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with going to see the project and giving an estimate, once the estimate is approved we make sure to have the customer sign a contract and decide for a date the project will commence. We do ask for 50% before the work commences and 50% once the work is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years working in this industry along with being licensed in the state of Utah.
