I clean residential or commercial buildings. I'll do any combination of inside, outside and screen cleaning, ie: inside & outside, or outside only, or inside, outside & screens. I could do it once, monthly, quarterly, whichever you want. Of course, the tracks and frames will be cleaned no matter what. I honestly try to offer my best work at a fair price. I work alone, or maybe with a partner on bigger jobs, so I don't have any overhead cost to cover or employees' fees to pay. My general rule of thumb is $1.50 per pane so I won't charge you an hourly price and take my sweet time trying to make a few extra bucks. If you don't agree with my price let me know and we'll work on it. I offer return service discounts and referral incentives.
