Rachel is fantastic! I am new to pilates and have worked with her primarily in solo and duet sessions. She is knowledgeable, patient and kind. She does well to find cues that worked for me individually, so that I could better understand and perform the exercises. I also appreciated the fact that she checks in with me at the beginning and throughout the session to establish goals and priorities for that session, whether it's flexibility, awareness of my body, stress relief or a challenging workout, etc. I highly recommend Rachel as well as Streamline Bodyworks!

Training with Camilo has helped me correct my form, understand my movement and recognize what my body is capable of achieving! He uses a variety of methods to keep the Pilates classes challenging and new. Besides becoming stronger, I’ve noticed a mental awareness that comes with learning to connect your mind to your body. Hired Loriol for my wife. This is my wife's review. "My private reformer class with Loriol was amazing! She is highly experienced in Pilates and will give you the best work out! I have scoliosis and she knew exactly what exercises would help my condition and she taught me exercises that I could do at home. I will definitely be going again."

    I have taken reformer Pilates classes from Ashley for a year now and I love it! I have had back problems for over 10 years and since starting Pilates my back pain is gone. I could not be happier!


    I have been a fitness professional for 25 years. I do personal training with weights, bands and/or bars. I teach Pilates and barre-style workouts. I teach all types of yoga. I love working with people to achieve their goals. I strongly believe that our bodies function better when we exercise and stay active.
