- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never imagined that I would become involved in property management and have my own rental properties. It all started when I purchased my first home as an investment property. At the time, I had no intention of becoming a landlord, but the opportunity presented itself, and I decided to take the plunge. I quickly realized that being a landlord was more than just collecting rent checks. It required me to take on the responsibility, care, and attention to detail that has led to successful rental arrangements with 100% on time payments, zero legal issues, damages or claims.
