We enjoyed working with Carissa. She came out to look over our flat room home and listened to our concerns. She walked got on the roof and walked around and found some hard to find, but big deal issues that other roofing companies missed. Because of her eye for detail and for her willingness to listen to our concerns, she was able to give us a more accurate quote and it led to a better discussion. We didn't end up hiring AshCo because we're pursing other design options, but we will keep them in mind for future projects, should the need arise.

I was in a time crunch due to pending insurance cancellation and needed a roofing company right away. Mike came on a Thursday to look at the job and sent me a bid that same day, which I approved. Materials were delivered on Friday and the crew here Monday morning. The crew was respectful of my property, worked hard all day and did a great job of cleaning up! 5 star company!

Mike Ashworth was great at communicating work delays due to rain. He checked in several times with me to explain the work needing to be done, how his crew would go about doing it and gave me options to choose from to address the problem. Work was done, leaks are gone and he warranties his work !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No job is the same, therefore, pricing is not basic. We pride ourselves on seeing the jobs beforehand to ensure we have accurate measurements, details, and needs of each homeowner. Every job is unique and deserves to be bid and priced as such. We are competitively priced with other contractors, but we will not compete just to get a job. We do every job with the same amount of effort, skill, and pride. We will never cut corners to save us money. We do the job right the first time so you are not redoing it in the future or are unsatisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is established, we work with the customer to find a time where we can come to the home. We meet the customers and look at the work they need done. Once all questions are answered and we have the details we need, we can then create a free quote to email to the homeowner. We are always available for calls, texts, or emails, whichever the customer prefers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50+ years combined experience in constructions and handyman work. There is no job too small or too big. Customer service and satisfaction is our number one goal.
