We could not be happier with our experience with Legacy Ridge Exteriors! From start to finish, Scott and Britt went above and beyond to make the entire roofing process smooth, stress-free, and honestly impressive. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
One thing we especially appreciated was their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The price we were quoted was the price we paid—no surprise charges, hidden fees, or last-minute changes. This is completely different than how our experience went at our last house where the roofers quote was lower than what we ended up paying, as well as the time being longer than what we were told it would take.
Our roof turned out absolutely beautiful, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The crew worked incredibly hard, kept everything clean, and completed the project quickly without cutting corners. Scott and Britt kept us updated every step of the way and made us feel like we were truly taken care of.
It’s rare to find contractors who combine honesty, communication, and craftsmanship the way they do. You can tell they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We’ve already had neighbors compliment our new roof and ask who did it!

The whole process was great with Legacy Ridge! Scott’s communication was great and they finished our house and separate garage in two days. Would highly recommend anyone to use them if they are needing roof repairs or replacement.

Scott Gardner was on time and punctual, and was prepared to do the job that he was hired to do. He had a great, positive attitude, did the work well, and even went above and beyond and even did some extra patch work on my roof. I would definitely recommend him for roof repair work, and I would also hire him again for more work.

Scott looked at my roof and recognized that a few repairs would prolong the life of the roof by years. Other roofers had reviewed the roof and demanded a full roofreplacement without any discussion about a repair. Scott did a great job and I'm confident I'll be worry free for many years to come. Scott and I discussed the other roofers bids and Scott was able to assure me he could do the same work for half the price. So, when the time comes, I'll call Scott.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should expect a set and final price once it is given with absolutely no increases. Unless the customer would like to add more repairs or would like to upgrade materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick and friendly communication and scheduling. Fast and professional high quality work provided. After the work is complete pictures of the finished work will be sent by phone or email before payment is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was 14 years old I have been roofing on my families roofing crew installing asphalt shingles. at 16 I was installing full house systems, at 18 I was hiring managing and training new employees and completing full projects, and by 21 I was established and on my own installing full asphalt and rolled roofing systems. 30 years old now and acquired more knowledge through experience and hard work though multiple different fields and friendships in Utah, California, and Colorado: including Insurance hail and wind damage and multiple styles and types of roofing projects.
