First of all, let me begin by apologizing for your experience. Like you, we are also frustrated when people don't keep their commitments. As the owner of the company, I take full responsibility for the mishap. When you sent me a text message to reschedule, I didn't get a confirmation back and so your booking didn't follow our normal process of confirming a time, getting it onto our production schedule, and sending a confirmation email to you. This experience has served a valuable lesson for us as I now direct anyone who wants to reschedule directly to the office staff that handles scheduling so that it is appropriately handled. Thank you Diedre for your great review of our service. We also appreciate you commenting on how we clean especially the tracks. We don't just wipe them out but remove the window, pull the track insert, vacuum then we clean with soap and water. We clean where you cannot see.
