Hands down the best appraisal company around! I have had them do several appraisals for me and I highly recommend them to family and friends. They are easy to work with, very professional and they were always on time. They answered any questions or concerns that I had. If you need an accurate appraisal, you can't go wrong with this company.

Absolutely would not recommend! Had an appointment scheduled for today (5/18/2018) for 4pm. I had to get off of work 2 hours early so I could be at the appointment at 4 on time. By 4:30pm, no one had showed up nor called me. I called their number and only got the voicemail. I left a message explaining I was waiting for the appraiser and they were now 30mins late. I called back again at 4:45pm, 5pm, and 5:30pm only to be greeted by the voicemail. It is now 6pm (2 hrs past the scheduled appointment) and still no one or any explanation. Horrible service for a company with "30 years of experience". I will update my review if I get any updatesUpdate: 6/4/2018Received a call to apologize for the missed appointment and to reschedule. I asked for a discount and they offered $50 off the next appraisal. I agreed and we had the appraisal performed 2 days later. The final report ended up taking about 2 weeks (compared to the 3-4 day estimate) due to some health issues of the appraiser. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
