I recently needed to update my wardrobe but didn't have a lot of money. I asked McKenzie to come over and help me with basics and accessories so that I could refresh my look. She listened to what my concerns were and offered some possible suggestions. She even told me some stores I might frequent to buy some other pieces that might add even more variety at a nominal fee. (Sometimes I wondered if I could pull off what she suggested, because I didn't want to give up that red sweater, or that black striped skirt but I learned to trust her. Less is more.) As I showed her many combinations of outfits, she very quickly knew that bohemian vs classic vs too young vs too old was the problem (or the solutions) to me not feeling all together and super confident. She went right to work, and paired things better for me. As she went to my closet, she pulled out things and said, "Try this. And use this accessory, and don't tuck this in; and use these shoes... And try this necklace, etc." All of these suggestions made me feel like my outfits suddenly felt complete, and together, and very successful. I loved it and knew she was right on in her decisions. She definitely stays up with the fashion trends, and knows her styles and stays competitive. She also knows what might be better for certain ages and body types to wear or not wear. I would recommend her highly as someone that is easy to work with, and that can make you look like a million bucks.

I am qualified, educated, and experienced to help with a wide variety of business tasks and processes, including financial modeling, business analytics, forecasting, cash management, revenue assurance, accounting, process development, data auditing, HR, Payroll, Excel, etc. While I'm happy to help with a wide variety of services, the best value that I have proven to offer as a business professional, is to develop and streamline complicated recurring business processes so that they can be performed accurately and timely in much less time by employees who are less specialized. In other other words, your costly, recurring, business processes will get done much better, much faster, and much cheaper in a relatively short amount of time. Checks and balances will ensure it stays that way going forward. Here is a very typical example of how I can do this for your company. We can create a plan that meets the unique needs of your company, but this should at least give you an idea. During months one and two, I learn as I manage two departments and become familiar with the existing processes and responsibilities within those departments as I perform or assist in everyday responsibilities within these departments. During months three and four, I develop and streamline the processes so that the departments can run much more effectively and efficiently. During months five and six, I ensure future consistency of these processes as I create detailed manuals and checklists to further ensure all work is performed accurately and efficiently going forward. These manuals and checklists will offer step-by-step instructions so that almost any worker with minimal to no experience and education can perform them accurately. During these months, I can also interview and hire an inexpensive worker to perform the work going forward. During month seven, I train the new employee, hands-on, to perform these processes per the step-by-step manuals. During month eight, the new employee takes ownership of the departments. I become a resource to the new employee as needed. Round Two For months one to six, repeat the above with two new departments. During month seven, by this time the worker that was hired in the first round will have progressed along the learning curve of his or her existing responsibilities. Now that these departments are running efficiently and accurately with very minimal supervision, I can create a schedule and manual for the supervisor to follow up with the expectations in place.
