Introduction: I am a dog trainer and behavioral specialist who does in-home consultations. This allows me to tailor a solution to your dog's behavioral issues that will fit you, your home, and your dog. The method I use is a kind and gentle approach to having a calmer dog who listens. I do not use shock collars, e-collars, or prong collars, and use little to no treats and get amazing results. I work with any age of dog from 8 weeks to senior as well as all breeds and sizes. Clarissa is wonderful, she knows what she is doing and is very professional and kind. We have really been struggling with our two year old Brittany, but I’m confident with the tools from Calm Nature Dog Training that all of us will be much happier and less stressed. Even after our initial consultation I was noticing changes in our dogs behavior and starting to adjust my thinking and behavior as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Very pleased with Clarissa's commitment to helping us become better dog owners. She taught us how to understand our dog's nature and how we can better train and socialize her. Since our dog is already very obedient as far as the standard tricks and behaviors we focused on our being better owners. Truly amazing how our interaction with our dog is really the substance and foundation for her behavior. I highly recommend that once you get a dog that the very next thing you do is contact Clarissa and have her come to your home and teach the household how to be the best dog owner possible.
