Steve did a great job on our garagedoorreplacement. His pricing for a full replacement of the door, springs, track, etc was very reasonable. The installation quality is great. Turnaround time was great and we love our new door!

Would definitely recommend!
As mentioned in other reviews, he didn’t try to upsell me into a whole other setup, since my garagedoor was having issues.
Initially, he did notice some of my parts failing, and mentioned he could replace them with better quality pieces he had with him. However, after looking at the rest of my setup, he realized it ALL needed to be replaced. He then suggested that I not put ANY more money into it (other than the general service he was doing to it), since my door would likely only last a year or two more.
He then completed the service quickly, and my issue no longer persist (and it’s a heck of a lot quieter now, too).

Had a garageDoor that was not wanting to go up and was not flush to the floor it was pretty crooked. When I reached out they were very quick to respond and knew what the problem could be by the pictures. He was able to schedule right away and come out the next morning. Work went pretty quick and got our garagedoor back in service very quickly! Very impressed and will recommend/ hire again

We needed a new garagedoor mechanism and they came out quickly and replaced it at a reasonable price. They explained the options and took time to talk about repairing vs replacing. Very happy with them!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't charge to consult or help you better understand any issues pertaining to your garage door or operator, there are no surprise fees, and any and all pricing is discussed before any repair is set into motion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initiate a dialogue, and try to glean any and all information from my customer that will both help me narrow down potential issues, and better enable myself to make an efficient, and effective repair. My customers description of what they are seeing, and hearing, is critical to that end, pictures are also very helpful in determining what kind of situation to prepare for. Once I determine what repair or labor is required, I communicate that to the customer and help them choose from the available options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A few trade specific training seminars & courses, usually manufacturer related and sponsored.
