Chade Stolle was especially helpful, providing detailed guidance and support so everything went according to plan. When we noticed that one doors paint color was slightly off, they resolved it instantly with no hesitation. The door was uninstalled on Monday, repainted at their factory Tuesday, and reinstalled in pristine condition on Wednesday. Juan from Vidor garage door did a fantastic job! We had a spring go out early this morning he was here early sane day and he did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and did the repair quickly! Also super affordable, we will definitely be calling Vidor and Juan for all of our garage door needs!
