From start to finish, their professionalism stood outthey were transparent about costs and clearly explained every step, making sure we could prepare properly for a smooth installation. Chade Stolle was especially helpful, providing detailed guidance and support so everything went according to plan. When we noticed that one doors paint color was slightly off, they resolved it instantly with no hesitation. The door was uninstalled on Monday, repainted at their factory Tuesday, and reinstalled in pristine condition on Wednesday. Their commitment to service and quality is truly impressive and took a huge weight off my shoulders.Care like this is truly rare in todays world. Juan from Vidor garage door did a fantastic job! We had a spring go out early this morning he was here early sane day and he did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and did the repair quickly! Also super affordable, we will definitely be calling Vidor and Juan for all of our garage door needs!

Vidor came the day we requested assistance with our garage door issues receiving signal from the openers. After a quick analysis, Jake was able to replace the motor entirely, as well as install all new devices in our garage in about an hour flat. Great to work with all around and super satisfied with their work. Thanks again and will recommend to family and friends in the future!

Vidor was excellent to work with! We had a problem with our garage door last night which resulted in our door being non-functional. My husband contacted Vidor this morning and they responded quickly with a time they could come service our door today. Jake arrived right on time and fixed the problem within an hour. Our garage door is not only functioning again but it also looks great! Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are very happy with his work!

Juan Vergara from Vigor Garage Door contacted us after we sent out a request for a garage door repair. The bottom panel of our garage door was bent, due to my mother backing into it, years ago. Every time it rained, water was getting into our garage. Another company contacted us as well, they didnt offer any other fixes, except replacing the whole door. Juan gave us a very cost effective option, which is exactly what we were looking for. He was able to fit us into his schedule the very next day. He was very professional, clean cut, and fixed the door without any issues. We will definitely keep his business card on file for further repairs, if needed, down the road. We appreciated the fact that he didnt try to sell us anything that we didnt need or want. He replaced the seal on the bottom of the door, plus added a strut for extra support. He adjusted our sensors and serviced the rollers, and made sure that we were 100% happy with the job he did! Thank you Juan!
