- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually like to go with a labor plus materials, as the client gets the best deal that way. rather then, a piece rate style of billing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in mold remediation. However, beyond that I am studying construction management at UvU and have lots of experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a contractor I grew up on the job. It just came naturally to me.
