We are currently working on our new website, Feel free to see all of our services @ dirtbustersutah.com With Dirt Busters our number one priority is to make sure the client is comfortable with the cost and the professional. To gain their trust we have a two step process that starts with an initial walk through because it is difficult to give an accurate estimate price on a job when we don't know exactly what the clients are looking for, and by doing the initial walk through it eases their nerves and allows a one on one between the client and the Dirt Busters staff to mold the services to the clients needs. Step two is the final walk through; when our team is about thirty minutes from being done our field manager will give the client a call to alert them of our progress and give them ample time to return to the location and allow the Dirt Busters team to remove any chemicals and trash from the site. Once the client has done the final walk through looking at everything making sure that we cleaned everything they needed cleaned and to their expectations. Once the client is happy with their services we will ask for a satisfactory signature and payment. If for any reason the client can not meet up with the field manager they are more than welcome to do a walk through on their own and with in 24 hours of receiving their services calling to inform us of things we might have over looked and our team would be more than happy to come back free of charge just to make sure the client is happy beyond a doubt with our services. We as Dirt Busters enjoy our line of work because we can walk into a bad or horrible situation and turn it around completely for our clients. I really enjoy walking into a move in deep clean and seeing the client unsure about how it will turn out. Then 4-5 hours later call them and inform them that we are done and being the person there to watch as they walk through the front door and the stress just evaporates from their shoulders. That is what I enjoy the most about this job is making others happy and knowing they can relax.

David did an awesome job! I just moved into a new house and the carpeted areas had a weird smell and David was great, he managed to fit me in just a few days after I made my request. The house looks and smells great now and he was super fast, the entire basement was done in less than an hour. 10/10, definitely recommend!

David and his team did an awesome job! Quick and clear communication over the Thumbtack platform, and he was the nicest guy in person! We had some struggles with getting my carpets cleaned, but even though David wasn't able to do it, he had a third party that came and did the carpets! Best part, David covered the extra cost himself! I had a very professional experience with David. He arrived on time and was able to take out our pet stains in our carpet. I was able to have a conversation with David like we were already friends. David and his crew did a general housecleaning as well as a full carpet shampoo of the house. Full job took two appointments due to time constraints on my part and each appointment was met with great flexibility according to my schedule and with him showing up on time. Very satisfied with the work that was done. Very thorough and everything looks and smells great. I can certainly recommend Dirt Busters, no complaints at all.
