- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to the services needed (deep cleaning, move out cleaning, standard cleaning, office cleaning, etc), We also take into consideration how many times the cleaning will be done (one time only vs by-weekly), and square footage + amount of rooms to be cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to see the project and talk about the specifics needs that the customer has. After that, we can set up a time to do the cleaning, I'm very flexible with hours and days that I can do your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a safety OSHA class to work with different chemicals.
