Monica is a very talented artist and can really capture the personalities of the subject! I am more than pleased with the work she put into creating my logo. Monica's portrait 's are amazing- Monica I felt "got" the feelings - attitude- of my lovely pets ..I was so excited to see each portrait.. I then had my one and only grandson 's portrait done .. its awesome.. Very receptive to feed back , highly professional and I feel very fair pricing for a great product !!I plan to gift my clients with a Monica Portrait of their dogs.. Many of my clients have had their dogs coming on Off Leash Play / and Train Adventures for 4 - 3 -2 years 2or 3 days a month .. For my business - these will be a great , hugely appreciated gift ..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Children's book illustrations are $100/page. Each page is fully colored. If you are needing black and white illustrations, the cost will be $75 a page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions that reveal what the customer is looking for is first. Then make a plan of action, or what is going to happen in this project. I always show updates as I work and before sending out the final piece.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 100% self taught.
