Hiring Schye to take our photos was the best decision we made about our wedding! She was extremely professional, prepared and easy to work with which put us at ease that she had things under control. She was also really great at directing us and making what could be an awkward photoshoot feel really natural. We LOVED getting our sneak peak photos the day after our wedding and we really appreciated that she gave us so many photos from our special day.

Schye is a lover who wears her heart on her sleeve, and it shines through in her work. She is a savvy professional and a true artist.
When my partner and I were first weighing the pros and cons of different photographers, Schye won us over very quickly with her bubbly personality and inclusive package. She was RIGHT on budget for us, but let it be known she is priceless.

One of my favorite parts of working with Schye was the additional session a few days prior to the wedding. Because she sent us fully-edited previews (another key feature), we were able to display beautiful photos of us all around the venue!

Her crowd work is efficient, and she is a supportive presence on wedding day. She was very celebratory of our non-traditional ceremony and reception, us being a T4T couple. Our families were two very different sizes, and she was very strategic about this. We also had some family estrangement to take into consideration, which was done with care and compassion.

All week people have been asking for the name of our photographer. I quickly lost count of how many people asked. Some folks were under the impression that we’d been close friends with Schye for years, that’s how personable she is! I even saw her dancing around in between shots. (As fellow artists, a pro having fun with their work is always a green flag for us!)

Just 2 hours after the reception, we got even more previews! We haven’t been able to stop looking at them since. We are sitting on pins and needles waiting for the rest! Schye and her husband Cort were so generous with their time and talent, and we feel so fortunate to have booked this pro! 10/10, literally no notes.
