- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically Cost plus, is your best value, due to our expertise. On average, We charge more per hour, however, because we are experts, we complete the project in less time, with a higher quality of workmanship. In our case you do get what you pay for per hour, and it costs you less $ for a Top Pro, such as us. Discounts available to all handyman jobs 6-8 hours or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would contact you immediately. Set an appointment, show up on time and remodel or repair what’s needed in a timely manor. We look forward to solve any problem you may need help with. We are here to serve you. 90% of our work is repeat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
79’ Provo High Graduate w/house construction. Bay Area, Built and sold company. Arizona as general superintendent Built over 300 Luxury homes, ground up, Working with sales, buyers, subs, city’s and more. 1989 moved back to utah, became a General Contractor. Built a large condominium complex with underground parking in provo. Had a home entry in the parade of homes, Thousands of Remodel’s and home repairs. December 2019 , we were a nominated and awarded Orem’s Best Contractor. Best Remodeling General contractor.
