I have been a landlord for 6 years and for the first 5.5 years I had been with the same property management company, but I was starting to feel like I was getting lost and not taken care of properly. I decided to look into switching and found Ease Property Management. Landon was quick to reply to all my questions and of all the ones I was looking at, he seemed to want my business the most. Between that and looking at reviews I decided to make the change and I am so happy I did. When I told my old management company that I was changing they held to the 30 day termination clause in my contract so we were planning on waiting the 30 days to start up with Ease. Halfway through the month a pipe sprung a leak and then the tenant called the old property manager they were told they were no longer managing the property, that Ease was. My old company hadn't collected rent for the month yet and I had no idea they weren't managing the property anymore. When questioned they said they terminated management the day of the request when they told me 3- days was required. Landon picked up the ball and ran with it, head on into 4 months of HELL!!! The tenant was awful to deal with, refused to pay rent, was verbally abusive, couple that with a restoration company who made many promises but was always weeks behind on their timeline, it was a complete nightmare. Landon was amazing to work with, he took a lot of abuse from both sides, negotiated with the tenant and restoration company, made sure my bills were all paid, managed the situation that was the worst I've come across in my time as a landlord and he said was also by far the worst he'd seen. He continued working as hard for me once he had my business as he did to gain it (for basically the same amount of pay). He managed to avoid an eviction and negotiate to ensure the tenant paid rent (he delayed month's worth of rent until the job was completed). He did all of his with only receiving 1 month's worth of pay. Eventually the nightmare ended and we finally got paid. Landon was great throughout the nightmare. I would not hesitate to recommend Ease Property Management to anyone with a rental property.

Landon outperformed expectations; he found us tenants quickly and a higher rent than we originally asked for. We can't vouch for the maintenance of our property because it has only been 1 week but so far we are very happy with his professionalism, timely communication, and putting us at ease.

Our rate for full service property management is between 6%-8% of monthly rent collected, depending on the property.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of managing our own rental properties, we saw a need for more responsive property management. We strive to treat your properties (Vacancies, repairs, evictions, etc) like they are our own. After experiencing sub-par property management from other companies, our clients are extremely satisfied.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that the pricing for the services is neither too high, nor too low. Overpaying is something you want to stay away from, but underpaying for sub-par service will cost you in the long run, as well as frustrate you.
