Dan and Danielle Walker were our relators with their work cut out for them. We needed to sell one home and wanted to buy our new home within a certain area. From the beginning they got back to us immediately, helped prepare to sell the home, listened to our concerns and our wants. Dan found a home that was a new build and we feel in love! The Walkers helped make the selling and buying possible and dealt with any bumps that came along the way. PMI was very easy to work with. Only had one issue with the rental and they made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Made things simple with an easy to use website to make payments and reach out for property issues. Would recommend if you are looking to rent or looking for someone to handle your rental.
