PMI was very easy to work with. Only had one issue with the rental and they made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Made things simple with an easy to use website to make payments and reach out for property issues. Would recommend if you are looking to rent or looking for someone to handle your rental.

We find out some information about your property to do some research. We often go to our clients' property to conduct an assessment during which we will present our management proposal.

We work with residential properties, multi-family, condos, apartments, HOAs, vacation rentals, and commercial properties.
